Our goal at Tedesco Photo & Video, LLC is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any unforeseen incident that prevents us from shooting on a scheduled date the client/customer will get a full refund of their order if the shoot is not rescheduled. No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the scheduled shoot/event listed.

Due to the nature of digital photography/videography and the fact that photographs and videos, once sent, cannot be returned, Tedesco Photo & Video, LLC has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY.  Once a transaction has been completed it is considered non-refundable. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo or video”.  All images and videos* are carefully selected/edited by experienced photographers/videographers at Tedesco Photo & Video, LLC.  The best shot(s) is/are always selected.

*VIDEO ORDERS: If the DVD or USB Stick with your video is corrupted in some way Tedesco Photo & Video, LLC will replace the physical copy after the return of the defective item (in this case all shipping will be paid for by Tedesco and a new copy will be produced, tested and mailed back to the customer).
